Deposit & cancellation
- Full payment is taken when your intensive is confirmed.
- 25% of the fee is a non-refundable deposit (3 hours £135 · 1 day £227.50 · 2 days £462.50 · 3 days £712.50).
- Cancel with more than 48 hours' notice: the remaining 75% is refunded.
- Cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, or don't attend: the full fee is charged.
- For multi-day packages the 48 hours runs from the start of the first day.
