Outside the UK? All fees are in pounds sterling (GBP). Your card is charged in GBP and your bank converts at its own rate. Sessions are available worldwide, apart from a small number of countries — Claire confirms this when she receives your enquiry or booking. Booking calendars show times in your local time zone.

Small Group — Supervision

Couples intensives: Full payment is taken when your intensive is confirmed. 25% of the fee is a non-refundable deposit. Cancel with more than 48 hours' notice and the remaining 75% is refunded; cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, or do not attend, and the full fee is charged. For multi-day packages the 48 hours runs from the start of the first day.
Cancellation: 48 hours' notice required for individual, couples and supervision sessions. Cancellations with more than 48 hours' notice are refunded less a £5 administration fee (this covers card-processing costs that are not returned when a payment is refunded); rescheduling with more than 48 hours' notice is free. Late cancellations and non-attendance charged at the full session rate. Group sessions cannot be cancelled or rescheduled by participants. Payment is required at the time of booking for all individual and couples sessions. Receipts are issued automatically.
