Online Therapy for
Individuals & Couples
I offer psychotherapy, couples and relationship therapy, sex therapy and LGBTQIA+ affirming support — all online, across the UK and worldwide. Many of my clients are British expats and English speakers living abroad.
A space that is yours
I offer integrative, relational and trauma-informed therapy. Drawing on Transactional Analysis, Relational Psychotherapy and Nervous System Regulation, I work with each person to find an approach that fits them.
Sessions are 50 minutes, held online via Zoom. Payment is taken at the time of booking.

Fees & payment
Fees are in pounds sterling (GBP) and paid securely by card at the time of booking. Your bank converts to your local currency at its own rate — there is nothing extra to arrange.
A few countries I can't work in
Because of professional and insurance requirements there is a small number of countries where I am unable to offer therapy or supervision. I check this when I receive your enquiry or booking, and if it applies to you I will let you know straight away and refund any payment in full.
Not sure? Just ask
If you would like to check before booking, send me a message with the country you live in and I will confirm within two working days.
